New Green Homes In Sonoma County

I'm happy to report that the green home movement is taking hold in Sonoma County.  There are many new Green Home developments underway in our area.  Westhaven and Celsius 44 in Petaluma, Sagewood and Linwood in Santa Rosa, and many more.  There are also custom home buildings that specialize in Leeds Certified Green Buildings.  As you consider your home purchase options please give serious consideration to homes that have healthier air quality, are energy and water efficient and cost less to own.
